The Board acknowledges that there are times when residents will need to 
use the elevator beyond normal day-to-day use. In these instances, residents must reserve the elevator (please see the Association Handbook for Policies and Fees).

A reservation is required any time the elevator is needed to physically move
items that will require multiple trips in the elevator within the same day, limiting the ability of other residents to use the elevator.  The most common examples are resident move-in/move-out dates or the moving of stage furniture.
